Exemple d'une restructuration territoriale au début de l'Empire : histoires croisées de l'oppidum et de la station routière d'Ambrussum

L'étude prend place dans le cadre de la formation, en Gaule Narbonnaise, du territoire de la cité antique de Nîmes, entre le moment de la publication de la Lex Provinciae dans les années 75-72 av. J.-C. et de l'attributio rapportée par Pline l'ancien, qui se situe entre 22 et 16-13 av. J.-C. Au sein du territoire de la cité antique de Nîmes, l'agglomération d'Ambrussum offre l'opportunité de retracer pas à pas les modalités d'une reconstruction micro-territoriale réalisée au début de l'Empire, en se basant sur une fenêtre-laboratoire qui a bénéficié d'une investigation stratigraphique très fine sur la longue durée, et ce faisant, d'en restituer la complexité.
L'étude d'un établissement lié au fonctionnement du cursus publicus bénéficiera également de la réalisation d'une maquette interactive réalisée sous SIG 3D, projet qui entre dans le cadre des travaux du Consortium 3D de Huma-Num/CNRS.
The study refers to the formation of the territory of the ancient city of Nîmes, between the time of the publication of the Lex Provinciae in 75-72 BC and the attributio reported by Pliny the Elder took place between 22 and 16-13 BC. The ancient urban area of Ambrussum offers the opportunity to trace the evolution of a micro-territorial reconstruction fulfilled at the beginning of the Empire, based on a "window-laboratory" which profited from a very accurate stratigraphic investigation on the long run that permitted and helped to restore its complexity.
The study of building dedicated to the service of the cursus publicus will also profit from the execution of an interactive model achieved under 3D SIG, a project involved into the works of the 3D Consortium of Huma-Num / CNRS.
